Description
Forest, British Columbia by Emily Carr
This is one of Carr's most famous large-scale paintings. IN this painting, she sensually celebrates the entrance into the forest.
Notice the use of overlapping trees, how the forest is lit from within and the swirling forest canopy with its own overlapping fold.
This image was created by photographing the original painting with a professional high-definition Leica camera. If you look closely, you can see the individual brushstrokes in the painting. It is not a copy from the internet. With the exceptional photography and exacting standards of color, this guarantees that you get the finest quality possible.
The watermark in the lower right hand corner of the picture does not appear on the final print.
