Paris is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Walking its streets is a celebration of romance, style and beauty.

This picture is part of my "Paris at Night" series. All of the images in this series were taken on quiet rain-soaked Parisian streets in the middle of the night. The look and the tone of the images celebrate Paris as the city of light. Each photograph presents a unique Parisian view of the city.

I briefly lived in an apartment on this street in Paris. It was in the sixth arrondissement.

This photograph was taken standing in the doorway to my building as I was coming out one night to go for a walk. Sometimes in Paris you don't have to walk very far to get great pictures.

This image was created with a high-definition medium format Leica camera. This guarantees that you get the finest quality possible. The watermark in the lower right hand corner of the picture does not appear on the final print.

Prints are produced on acid-free paper using archival inks to guarantee they last a lifetime without fading or loss of contrast, colour or tone.
