Description
I took this image when I was in Prague. The city has a bit of a reputation as being a party town. Judging by the wide variety of drinks on display at this establishment, perhaps it is true. Certainly on Friday and Saturday night, the city takes on a carnival atmosphere and the bars are busy.
There are bottles of whisky, port, gin, wine, vodka, rum, tequila, bourbon and even several bottles of absinthe.
Absinthe apparently is a popular drink in Prague. There are stores devoted to just selling it to the locals and tourists. Oddly enough, the one drink missing from this picture is the most famous drink of all in Prague - pilsner beer. Prague and the surrounding Bohemia area invented pilsner beer.
