Description
Still Life with Apples and Pitcher by Camille Pissarro 1872
Unlike his Impressionist contemporaries Monet and Cezanne, Pissarro painted few still life images. The few that he did paint tended to be at the end of his career when he had difficulty going outside into the countryside due to failing eyesight.
This painting is only one of two still lives known to be painted by Pissarro in the middle of his career.

This image was created by photographing the original painting with a professional high-definition Leica camera. If you look closely, you can see the individual brushstrokes in the painting. It is not a copy from the internet. With the exceptional photography and exacting standards of color, this guarantees that you get the finest quality possible.
The watermark in the lower right hand corner of the picture does not appear on the final print.
Prints are produced on acid-free paper using archival inks to guarantee they last a lifetime without fading or loss of contrast, color or tone.
If you chose to order a framed print, the framing is done to museum quality with archival matting. The frame is wired and comes with a wall hook. It is ready to hang on the wall.
