Description
Cezanne Still Life with Apples and a Pot of Primeroses
This is considered to be one of Cezanne's most famous still life paintings.
One thing that makes it unusual is that Cezanne rarely painted flowers. Apparently, he was known to gaze at a scene for so long before painting it that the flowers would often wilt.
Another interesting fact about this painting is that it was once owned by Monet's head gardener.
This image was created by photographing the original painting with a high-definition Leica camera. This guarantees that you get the finest quality possible. The watermark in the lower right hand corner of the picture does not appear on the final print.
Prints are produced on acid-free paper using archival inks to guarantee they last a lifetime without fading or loss of contrast, colour or tone.
If you chose to order a framed print, the framing is done to museum quality with archival matting. The frame is wired and comes with a wall hook. It is ready to hang on the wall.
