These are the famous Paris love locks on the Pont des Arts bridge. Sweethearts write their name on the lock and then attach it to the railing of the bridge. The lock is meant to symbolize their eternal love.
Love locks can now be found in many cities around the world. However, the idea first started on this bridge in Paris.
